Bhubaneswar(Odisha) – In Bhubaneswar Some local youths attempted to kill a young man by pushing him into the Bindusagara . Luckily, some local people rescued the young man from the water . The injured youth was identified as Sahil Maharana, 22, of Gangayamuna Road in the city. He has been admitted to Capital Hospital.
At around 8pm on Tuesday, some local youths called Sahil . There was an argument between them for some reason. They pushed Sahil into the pond and fled. Sahil was knocked unconscious by a stone. However, some locals rushed to the scene and reported the matter to the Lingaraja police station. Police later sent him to Capital Hospital. Police have identified the accused from CCTV footage from a nearby store.
