The weather has been dry in all districts of the state for the past 24 hours. In the interior districts of Odisha, the minimum temperature was 1 to 2 degrees below normal. Phulbani recorded a low of 5.5 degrees Celsius. Bhubaneswar had a low of 15.2 degrees Celsius. The temperature in the capital will be around 15 degrees tomorrow. It will then drop by 2 degrees for 3 days.
