“There will be no significant change in the state’s temperature in the next 24 hours . On the morning of the 31st, the minimum temperature will drop by 3 to 4 degrees Celsius in the interior districts of Odisha and 2 to 3 degrees Celsius in the coastal districts of Odisha, Mr. Biswas said.
The weather has been dry in all districts of the state for the past 24 hours. In the interior districts of Odisha, the minimum temperature was 1 to 2 degrees below normal. Phulbani recorded a low of 5.5 degrees Celsius. Bhubaneswar had a low of 15.2 degrees Celsius. The temperature in the capital will be around 15 degrees tomorrow. It will then drop by 2 degrees for 3 days.
