Balasore: TP Northern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPNODL), has made My Tata Power App more rewarding for consumers. In a press conference organised today at the corporate office of TPNODL, a consumer referral & rewarding program for all consumers was highlighted by the management of the company. Consumers can now refer the My Tata Power App to their dear ones by sharing their referral code (their registered mobile number) and earn reward points when they pay their electricity bills. The reward points can be redeemed when users pay their own electricity bills through the My Tata Power App. Through the App, consumers will receive 8 reward points on registration with their first successful payment and 5 reward points on two subsequent payments made by referred consumers. Furthermore, through the use of this digital payment mode, consumers will be able to receive an additional rebate of up to 5% on their electricity bills.

The mobile app ‘My Tata Power’ was launched to digitally empower consumers and provide easy access to electricity supply and service-related information. Customers have access to a variety of service features including real-time bill information, bill and payment history, instant digital payment options, and to make a payment as soon as they receive them.

All LT Consumers having long term accumulated electricity bill arrears can now avail up to 30% one-time rebate on the past arrear principal amount and 80% additional rebate on the delayed payment surcharge (DPS) and all HT/EHT consumers can avail upto 60% rebate on the delayed payment surcharge.
